Shipping Information

The shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped either from Iceland or from our European warehouse in Germany to ensure faster delivery.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, provided the items are in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Ístex hf reserves the right to change product specifications, prices, or discontinue products without notice.
All items are sold subject to availability.

 

Import duties & taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or other customs charges may apply when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
